I'm Robyn and I'm glad you're here...
After I had my twin boys, I never quite got out of feeling "exhausted" and "brain-foggy”. The doctors I saw over the years said it was "normal" -- I had just had twins after all. Mainstream medicine and even holistic doctors were not helpful in finding a cure for what I thought was an unacceptable way to go through life.
I wanted more. I wanted to be the vibrant, healthy person I once was. As a former Division One athlete and a girl who spent a lot of time researching in the library stacks at Stanford, I knew there must be a way to feel better. I knew I could have real vitality again and I knew the only way to get there was figuring it out for myself and trusting that there was more out there.
While on this journey, I've spent a lot of time
reading, researching, interviewing, experimenting,
trying recipes, and mixing up natural remedies.
This is where The Wellness Hacker comes in...
My Goals
My desire is to create a community of women, of mothers, of healers, of scientists, of forward-thinkers, of people who want to change the world through the choices they make -- and to bring them together to share our collective knowledge and live a healthy, happy, vibrant life. Pretty simple, pretty lofty.
