Ford and Boone show us how to make Organic Red Lentil Soup

Organic Red Lentil Soup Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of organic red lentils

  • 1.5 quarts of organic vegetable broth

  • 3 organic carrots, chopped

  • 3 organic celery stalks, chopped (new addition since video)

  • 1/2 organic onion, chopped

  • 2 cloves of organic garlic, minced

  • Organic salt & pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp of organic olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Start by heating up olive oil in a pot then add in onions. Cook until them become translucent.

  2. Add in minced garlic, carrots, and celery.

  3. Pour in vegetable broth.

  4. Add in the red lentils and stir.

  5. Simmer until lentils cook.

  6. Lastly, add in chopped cilantro and salt and pepper to taste.
